When will my order ship?
Orders are shipped every business day (Monday-Friday excluding holidays). All in stock Standard orders will be shipped within 4-5 business days following credit card authorization and verification. Exceptions to this include orders that are placed on Friday after 12:00 PM ET, over a weekend or on a holiday, as well as any order requiring special handling.
Am I able to ship internationally?
CoatesGolf.com does not offer shipping outside of the United States online, but we are more than happy to assist you over the phone for any international shipping requests. Please note, there is likely to be extra service and shipping charges to ship merchandise outside of the United States.

What is Coates return policy?
Due to our inventory clearance, all sales are final.
Refunds (If Applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (If Applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please reach out to us at email@example.com
Exchanges (If Applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and send your item to: Coates Golf, LLC P.O. Box 2500 Silver Springs, Florida 34489.
To return your product, you should mail your product to: Coates Golf, LLC P.O. Box 2500 Silver Springs, Florida 34489 with the provided shipping label from your original package. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
WARRANTY AND REPAIRS
How do I arrange to have my Coates club repaired or replaced?
If your Coates club has been damaged through normal use, we ask that you please email our Customer Service Department at email@example.com to discuss your repair/replacement options. Our business hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm Eastern Standard Time.
